This blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Pinot Noir has beautiful notes of black cherry, plum, smoked wood and herbs that will pair well with heavier meat dishes, smoky cheeses and red pasta dishes.
2018 Old Timer's Red Blend
The Merlot originated from a fresh harvest produced with good tannins and releases exciting flavours. An experience of juicy red berries and ripe cherries that rests softly on the palette. This wine’s structure is velvety, smooth and pairs well with fresh fruits or smoky/heavy cheese.
2019 Merlot
This young and bright Gamay has notes of cloves, nutmeg, pepper, cranberry and cherry. It is a light red wine that will pair well with lamb, ham and red pasta dishes.
2020 Gamay
This wine shows ripe fruit flavours and a bold spice aroma, complemented by 12 months in French and American Oak barrels. It pairs well with meats, barbeque vegetables and rich chocolate deserts.

2020 Syrah
This family reserve Merlot-Cabernet Franc blend infuses the tongue with dark cherry, blueberry, blackberry and hazelnut traces. Specially aged in 25% new French Oak, this wine can be cellared for up to ten years. It is best enjoyed with prime rib and other bold red meats or a slice of decadent chocolate cake.
2020 Wise Guy Red Blend
This blend is a medium-bodied red wine with aromas of chocolate, espresso, blackberry and baking spice. It pairs well with roast lamb, venison, duck breast or beef-based dishes.
2021 Wesbert Blend
A medium to full-bodied red wine with notes of pepper, cloves and smoked wood.
2021 Syrah
A lighter red. Aromas of stewed fruit with subtle hints of plum, cherry and vanilla.
